• 24 hours assistance and delivery
points in major cities of Romania.
• Age: the driver must be at least 21 years
old and a driving license older than 1 year.
• Renting minimum period of time: one day (24
hours), the extension of the reservation with 2 hours
more than those 24 hours is not charged; over 2 hours
is it charged the equivalent value of a day of renting.
• Renting a car with driver: 12 €/day (max.10
hours); the driver’s accommodation is not included.
• Fuel fee: in case the car is given back with
empty tank or partially empty, the absent fuel will
be charged with 1 €/liter ( IVA included).
• Delivery/Return of the passenger car:
- in Bucharest – free of charge;
- at the airport 15€/operation;
- in other city it is charged with 0.35 €/km and
the driver’s fee.
• Insurance for accident (CDW): the CDW insurance
reduces the financial possibility of the person renting
the car up to the guarantee value, in case of losing
or damaging the car or parts of it.
• Indifferently, if the insurance company accepts
or not to pay damages, the person renting the car is
responsible for the total value of the damages in the
following situations:
- driving intoxicated, under the influence of drugs
or medicaments;
- damages generated by negligence or intentionally wrong
actions;
- the not adequate use of the car by violating the technical
specifications from the car manual and from registration
file;
- driving by non authorized persons ( without the necessary
limit of age, non registered in the renting contract);
- the use of the car in car races, for towing other
cars; for testing its performances, etc.;
- off-road driving of the car, on mountain roads, etc;
- damages generated following the violation of the road
rules or following the involvement of the car’s
occupants in actions which are penalized by the Romanian
legislation;
- damages generated at the bottom of the car, wheels
and tires, interior space of the car;
- there are not delivered the statements before the
Police forces ( minutes, repairing authorization and
the Annex 2) when the car has been involved in a road
incident.
• Insurance against theft (TP): reduces the responsibility
of the person renting a car up to the value of the retained
guarantee, in case the damage is generated as consequence
of intention of theft or in case the car is stolen and
the damage is done by the thief.
